Dennis Stormer

Dennis Stormer is a 90s kid, in all that boredom he tried and failed with various common forms of rebellion.
In the end he decided to express himself with theatre and film projects in his teenage years.
Before entering film school he built himself a base to work in Berlin and was obsessed with creating every month another short.

“Polar Bear”, “Stuck on an Airport” and “the quick guide how to get famous, how to get somewhere sometimes” are some of the works from that time. His works went all around over all kinds of film festivals winning international awards, like the Youki Innovative Film Award or the National Teenage Video Award.
The french critics of the semaine de la critique awarded him recently with the new director discovery award for “Let’s burn something on my way out”.

He studied directing at the Filmakademie BW and the Columbia University NY.
