I write scripts and create videos every chance I get. I love the process and hope to make people laugh. My goal is to make a difference in the world through storytelling. I believe my passion to tell stories has always been flowing through my blood. I directed my first play, Peter Pan, when I was four. My mom told me if I was going to do it, I would have to do it on my own. She was too busy and afraid she would let me down. I remember “rolling calls” in my car seat, lining up rehearsals with my friends’ parents. The performance was a disaster! But I did it, learned from it, and never looked back.

My first film, at seven, was a 13-minute piece using a script from H2o Just Add Water. I coordinated all the rehearsals, directed my friends and taught myself iMovie. Not really knowing what I was doing, I uploaded it to YouTube and watched a video on SEO. Two years later the video had over 1.8M views. The Dark Defenders was the next film I made with a large cast. I wrote, directed and edited this film. This time I taught myself Premiere. Boy did that make things easier! Last year, I started a film club at my school. I collaborate with up to 20 students and some professional filmmakers during this weekly meeting. My family, principal and teachers have been very supportive of my passion. I am thrilled to be part of the Adolescent team!
