Adolescent Content is a youth culture agency built on a simple premise: the best way to reach young audiences is to work with them. We've spent over a decade doing exactly that — partnering with brands like Google, Meta, Disney, and Red Bull to build strategy, creative, and content that actually lands. Our work is rooted in research, powered by a global network of youth creators, and grounded in the kind of cultural intelligence you can't manufacture from the outside.

HIRING
Brand Strategist
We're looking for a strategist who is equally at home in a data set and a brainstorm. You think in campaigns, not content calendars. You understand Gen Z not because you've read the reports, but because you know how to use research to build something real — a brand platform, a strategic territory, a 360 campaign that holds together across every touchpoint.
You can walk into a new business pitch and make a brand understand why the strategy works, not just what it is. You've done this before — and you have the work to show for it.
You bring:
4+ years of agency experience in brand or creative strategy
Proven ability to develop brand platforms, campaign territories, and social strategy
Deep understanding of Gen Z and youth culture — how they think, what they value, and how that should shape a brand's strategic direction
Comfort with research, data, and turning insights into creative direction
Experience pitching clients and new business
Examples of strategy work you can present and defend

Social Strategist You are deep in it. You know what's moving on every platform, who's shaping it, and why it matters before the trend reports catch up. Gen Z and Alpha aren't an audience to you — they're a culture you live in. You take analytics seriously, you test, you adjust, and you can explain your thinking to a brand that's still figuring out why their last campaign missed.
You're not a content creator. You're the person who knows what the content should be doing and why.
You bring:
Genuine, lived fluency in Gen Z and Gen Alpha culture — the trends, the creators, the conversations, and the subcultures that don't show up in decks yet
Deep knowledge of the social platforms they actually use and how behavior differs across each
Strong grasp of platform analytics and what the numbers are telling you
Experience developing social strategy — not just managing accounts
Ability to pitch clients and articulate a strategic point of view
